Our ICIM business systems software is a true multi-company/multi-facility software package that fully integrates: Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service and Financials in a real-time web enabled environment with a proven track record of complete and streamlined implementations. Berish & Associates, a full service consulting firm founded in 1985 and a Weatherhead 100 winner for 4 years ('94,'95,'96,'98), purchased Metasystems in December of 1998. After the purchase, the two companies have since gone to market under the Metasystems name. Combined, the two companies offer a complete technological solution to fit your company's IT needs.

The Consulting Division:
Metasystems defines, develops, and implements custom business systems for our clients. We have successfully completed projects in areas such as Client/Server, Web development in Java and Microsoft technologies, including Internet/Intranet Office Integration and Development to solve our client's complex business problems. We also provide resources to supplement your staff as needed. By letting you take advantage of your software and technology investments, we match our staff's specialized talents with your business requirements in a variety of skill sets from Web to Legacy. We specialize in providing solutions that fit a client's business situation.

ERP Software Development Division:
Metasystems is also the authors of our own comprehensive ICIM (Interactive Computer Integrated Manufacturing) Enterprise Resource Planning Software for discrete manufacturers. We offer it as a turnkey solution or customize it to provide a solution to a client's unique business process. Our accomplishments and strong customer referrals define us as a customer driven, solutions oriented company. The ICIM software package uses an Oracle or DB2 relational database and is written using the latest development technologies. The package is offered in client server or three-tier architecture for browser based operation. It can run on a wide range of platforms including: Windows NT, Unix, Linux and VMS. On Staff we have a variety of senior and intermediate level resources including: Database Administrators, Reports and Forms Developers, Java Developers, Unix Administrator, Legacy Analysts/Programmers, Business Analysts, Implementation Specialists, Management Consultants, Networking and Technical Support. Several of our staff has over 20 years of service with Metasystems.
