Customers and prospects may be grouped and analyzed based on common characteristics. Characteristics are assigned to each customer providing not only information about that customer/prospect but also enabling searches to be made to group customers with common characteristics. The Customer Contact Log tracks and organizes information from all exchanges with a customer. Contact exchanges may be attached so a particular “thread” may be traced from inception to conclusion. Tasks may be assigned directly from the contact occurrence. Supporting documents may be noted and viewed directly from the Contact Log screen.

Help Desk
A “Search All” feature comes in handy for help desk usage. Search for any string of text within the entire contact log. Once found bring up the contact occurrence describing the problem and it’s resolution.
